Our Background in Customized Clothing
Scenic Apparel is a family ran business and was born purely out of necessity. The impact of Covid-19 caused our sister business – Big Bear Discount to not receive any printed garments such as T-Shirts and Sweaters. This lead to reduced sales in our clothing department and we realized that we would have to take over the process ourselves. We researched different printing methods and found methods such as DTG, Heat Press, and Screen Printing to be our best options to revive that sector. It turned out to be the best decision we have made since it lead to the creation of Scenic Apparel.

Print on Demand Process & Services
Same Day Pick Up
Same Day Pick Up is available on all low quantity orders (less then 6 pieces total). If you order your custom apparel by 2 p.m. during our operational hours you will be able to pick up your order the same day.
The Flow
Order Received
Once your order is received, our design team will review the image and give feedback for changes if they are required. After any necessary changes are made the design will be sent for print.
DTF Printing
Direct to film printing is a new process that uses special water based inks to print onto a “PET” film. The film is then powdered and baked in a curing oven for 2 minutes. Once cured the transfer is complete.
Heat Press
After the transfer has been created, the transfer is then pressed onto a garment of the customers choice.
Order Completed
The order is now completed and can now be picked up in store or shipped to your location.
